LEADING CREATIVE PARTICIPANTS ASSOCIATION BYLAWS
Name and Center of the Association
Article 1- Name of the Association: “Leading Creative Participants Association”. The center of the association is Izmir. The short name of the association is LİYAKAT ASSOCIATION”. The association may open branches in Turkey and abroad.
Purpose of the Association and the subjects and forms of work to be carried out by the association to achieve this purpose and its field of activity
Article 2- The association was established with the aim of providing young people and women with work opportunities in business life, changing their status, increasing their contributions to the society and the country's economy, and providing the necessary assistance and encouragement in this regard in line with Atatürk's principles and revolutions and the understanding of a secular and democratic state of law.
Subjects and Forms of Work to be Carried Out by the Association
1 - To conduct research to activate and develop the Association's activities,
2 - To organize training activities such as courses, seminars, conferences and panels,
3 - To obtain all kinds of information, documents, papers and publications required for the realization of the purpose, to establish a documentation center, to publish newspapers, magazines, books and work and information bulletins to be distributed to its members in line with its purposes in order to announce its work,
4 - To provide a healthy working environment for the realization of the purpose, to provide all kinds of technical tools and equipment, fixed assets and stationery,
5 - To engage in fundraising activities and accept donations from domestic and foreign countries, provided that the necessary permits are obtained,
6 - To realize the purposes of the statute. to establish and operate economic, commercial and industrial enterprises in order to provide the income it needs,
7 - To open a tavern, establish social and cultural facilities and furnish and operate them for the benefit of its members and to make use of their free time,
8 - To organize dinner meetings, concerts, balls; theater; * exhibitions, sports, trips and entertaining events (ovb.) for the development and maintenance of human relations among its members or to ensure that its members benefit from such events,
9 - To purchase, sell, rent, lease movable and immovable properties needed for the activities of the association and to establish all kinds of rights and restrictions on the real estates, including mortgages, to release the established restrictions, to obtain the right of use or to operate them,
10 - To establish a foundation, federation or to join an established federation if deemed necessary for the realization of the purpose, to establish facilities that the associations can establish with the necessary permission,
11 - To engage in international activities, to establish associations or To become a member of organizations and to work together or cooperate with these organizations on a project basis.
