Engineering Success in Entrepreneurship

Entrepreneur, businessman, trainer, and mentor Ziya Şakir Yılmaz, whose "Believe in People" video has been viewed 15 million times on social media and who is known for his book "Size Bir Sır Verme?", was a guest at the online entrepreneurship seminars of the Lider Creative Participants Association.

Speaking at the online seminar attended by 500 viewers from many countries including Germany, France, England, Belgium, Greece and Azerbaijan, Yılmaz said to those who want to be entrepreneurs, "First, leave your comfort zone and take action."

Yilmaz, who said that he went to 77 countries as a country manager of a pharmaceutical company, exported to 80 countries but postponed his resignation 3 times when he intended to become an entrepreneur, said, "Actually, those three resignations were not a decision but an intention. I always postponed it and that's why it became three. The truth is not to intend but to decide. Don't postpone your decision because postponing is the biggest betrayal you can do to yourself. Take action. I also made a decision and left that comfort zone where I received a regular salary. But don't forget this while doing this. Make all the plans that will set you free before you leave your comfort zone."

Yilmaz, who stated that the most difficult job in the world is to work for a "salary" but that the job of entrepreneurs is even harder, said, "If you are going to be an entrepreneur, you must have the right information, sufficient knowledge. For this, first look at the demand. Forecast future demand, not current demand. Focus on niche products or services. Set off on your own, not with a partner. Most importantly, establish a system that will continue your business even if you are not the head of it."

Drawing attention to the fact that informatics, artificial intelligence, software, clean energy, e-commerce, digital platforms, natural foods, educational coaching, mentoring and consultancy, and direct sales are high-potential sectors for entrepreneurs, Yilmaz explained the method he calls "Success Engineering in Entrepreneurship". Yilmaz said, "If you want to build a secure future for yourself, take the risk. Otherwise, the end of the movie is clear."

LİYAKAT President Berkay Eskinazi presented a certificate of appreciation to Yilmaz for his participation and said, "Entrepreneurs should never give up. But at the same time, they should also be able to self-criticize whether they did their best to not give up. We are going through an extraordinarily difficult period. However, we believe that our brilliant entrepreneurs will overcome everything. Liyakat is always online for our entrepreneurs."
