Career at the End of the Phone


ŞENOL Call Services, İŞKUR and Dokuz Eylül University İzmir Vocational School have launched the ‘Career at the Phone’ Project with a 50% employment guarantee in order to provide qualified personnel for the call center sector. The project, which will be carried out to train qualified ‘Call Center Officers’, targets individuals with good diction, a tendency to use technology, good interpersonal relations and patience for call centers. An awareness campaign regarding the profession was also organized on social media within the scope of the project.

The Career at the Phone’s End project aims to train qualified personnel in the call center sector, which reached a market size of 3.6 billion liras in Turkey in 2015, reached 1214 in number and provided employment to 83 thousand people.
